Week #15

Monday: Seasonal Asian Stir Fry (recipe)

Tuesday: Egg, ham, and cheese bagel sandwich

Wednesday: Sirloin tips with mushrooms and onions, green side salad

Thursday: Tacos (recipe/recipe)

Friday: Snacks (late lunch)

Saturday: Sweet potato and veggie hash with eggs

Sunday: Gluten free macaroni salad with carrots, cukes, Japanese radishs, garlic scapes, dill, black olives, tomatoes and lemon garlic mayo

Menus are a must! Nothing sabotages good eating intentions like the end of day tired, and no idea what’s for dinner. By planning ahead, you can have meat defrosting during the day, or know exactly what you need to pick up from the store on your way home. Take into account your busy days, and do easier/quicker meals those days (move meals around to suite your busy days)

Menus are marked Gluten Free, Paleo, or SCD depending on which diet they fit into.
