Week #33

Monday: Philly Cheese Steak Fries (recipe)

Tuesday: Spaghetti Squash Burrito Bowl (recipe)

Wednesday: Eggs, bacon and hash browns

Thursday: Kielbasa and pepper Pizzadillas (recipe)

Friday: Steak with mushrooms, onions and gravy over rice with a garden salad

Saturday: Leftovers

Sunday: Taco salad (recipe)

Menus are a must! Nothing sabotages good eating intentions like the end of day tired, and no idea what’s for dinner. By planning ahead, you can have meat defrosting during the day, or know exactly what you need to pick up from the store on your way home. Take into account your busy days, and do easier/quicker meals those days (move meals around to suite your busy days)

Menus are marked Gluten Free, Paleo, or SCD depending on which diet they fit into.
