Monday: Chef Salad with leftover steak and hard boiled eggs
Tuesday: Egg and bacon on English muffin
Wednesday: Scallops with salad
Thursday: Caribbean fish (recipe)
Friday: Sushi
Saturday: Poutine
Sunday: Leftovers
Menus are a must! Nothing sabotages good eating intentions like the end of day tired, and no idea what’s for dinner. By planning ahead, you can have meat defrosting during the day, or know exactly what you need to pick up from the store on your way home. Take into account your busy days, and do easier/quicker meals those days (move meals around to suite your busy days)
Menus are marked Gluten Free, Paleo, or SCD depending on which diet they fit into.
Fresh, local, wild caught scallops wrapped in bacon, seasoned and cooked to perfection puts a smile on my face every single time we have them. 10/10 would recommend you try this one at home!
