I had some time off this month which was really nice! I got to spend lots of time catching my breath. I had hoped that’d translate into blog posts… but it may yet! 😉
1. Paint at least 2 rooms this year.
Got some sample paint (I have some concerns about how true it is to color given the aptitude of the paint mixer… but that’s another story…). Put sample paint on the walls. Been staring at for a couple weeks…
Probably going for it.
I also settled on colors for the upstairs halls, and upstairs guest room!
2. Start doing yoga regularly.
Will start soon! Have a friend to go with, just need to pick a day.
3. Write 1 letter of encouragement every month.
Yup owe 5 now…
4. Make sushi at home.
No sushi at home this month.
5. Organize my closet- lose the things I don’t wear, get new things I can and will wear.
Couple new things added, couple things removed.
But mostly I spent a lot of time trying to figure out where stuff was…. ‘Cause apparently if you tend to operate on auto in the morning, moving ALL your clothes to new locations at once can cause confusion… So shortly I will go back to organizing, when I find everything again!
6. Make time for fun/hobbies. Find new ones I like.
I did a lot of tinkering this month. Lots of organizing, and some spring cleaning. That occupied most of my free time!
Oh and going to the ocean! We did that a couple times… 🙂
Last week My PB and I celebrated being married for 9 years! NINE!!
He’s really my other half. We are better together. A team.
It’s pretty wonderful if you ask me. Being married to your best friend is amazing… You get to hang out ALL THE TIME!!
He’s absolutely the best and has been there with me and for me these last couple years. When I was at my worst. Through all the trying to figure out what was wrong with me… Though trying to keep me safe… Though trying to learn my new normal…
I’m pretty sure I wouldn’t have made it without him!
